Flixy
A homegrown gaming company based out of Bengaluru, Flixy was funded by Rebright Partners to build re-build popular Japanese games in an Indian context. The company also had a vision to develop their own games in the future, but they were clear that were going to tell homegrown stories, inspired by Indian mythology, with their board games as well.
The Identity
The identity was built with a resoundingly Indian palette, organic in its tones. Expressed in the form of pixels, they take on the form of characters and motifs that work with the universe.
The Portal
The key visual element which was designed to emulate the Indian kolam was termed the portal. Symbolic of its presence at doors to Indian households, symbolic of its presence at the start of an awesome Flixy game.
The Launch
The brand was launched with a series of animations that introduced the Flixy brand language, and its decidedly
Indian positioning.
